Our Home in the Sun at La Tercia, is part of an impressive complex that boasts a 9 hole golf course. It's 15 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor and Costa Calida.

We can cater for Families, Golfers or Groups.

Our Home in the Sun is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, fully furnished with a terrace overlooking the pool area. It is situated on a private golf course with views of the Carrascoy Mountains.

The resort has a commercial centre, with a range of shops, restaurants, a club house and a fitness centre.

A wine bar with friendly staff can also be found in the local village of La Tercia where there is also a supermarket. La Tercia is walking distance from the site. The local, typically Spanish villages of Sucina and Balsicas, are a short distance from the resort.

The complex is 40 minutes from Alicante Airport and 15 minutes from Murcia airport, take the road to La Tercia through the orange and lemon groves of the Murcia countryside.

The Cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante are all within easy reach, as well as only 15 minutes to the beaches of the Mar Menor and Costa Calida. The more adventurous of you could take a trip to the slopes of the Sierra Nevada or maybe Granada.

Children are welcome and cots and high chairs can be provided on request. Please bring your own swimming and beach towels as these are not provided.

There is a no smoking policy in the apartment.

We can arrange a meet and greet at the airport, subject to an extra charge.
