Our Home in the Sun has 3 double Bedrooms & 2 bathrooms for your comfort and enjoyment, a 19sqm balcony all equipped for outside dining.

The facilities are all that you would expect of a luxury apartment including TV, DVD, outside dining facilities and hot and cold air conditioning.

To the front of the building is the communal swimming pool and access to the Resort's 9 hole Golf Course and other sporting facilities such as the green bowling,tennis & basketball course plus football pitches as well as the Club house and fitness & commercial area.

The apartment features are as follows:

3 double Bedrooms all equipped with single beds: The Master bedroom can be set up as two singles or one double.

Master bedroom with ensuite - bath and shower and wardrobes

Bedrooms 2 and 3 - both equipped with 2 single beds and ample wardrobe space

Separate shower room and WC including bidet

Tasteful Modern furnishings for your comfort and equipped with TV & DVD, Dining table and chairs for 6 people.

Double patio doors lead to the the magnificent 19 sqm balcony equipped for outside dining overlooking the whole panorama of La Tercia.

Kitchen:
Our superbkitchen is fitted with granite worktops,ceramic hob, electric oven and extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. The utility area contains the controls for the American vacuum (hoover) system as well as the washing machine , iron, ironing board and airer.


Cleaning/towels, linen/maid service:
All Bed linen and towels are supplied. The Apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival. A midweek clean and linen change can be arranged on request charged locally. A laundry and cleaning charge of 65Euro is payable in addition to the rental.

Holiday Activities In The Area

United Golf Resorts La Tercia is the beginning of the new UGR Golf Trail which will comprise a total of 72 holes , located within the province of Murcia in South East Spain. United Golf Resorts La Tercia is the first of these developments and is set within the new golf valley of Murcia. There are numerous other challenging local golf courses available for guests to use.

As well as Golf there are numerous other pursuits you can enjoy in the local area inc Sea fishing, Bowls & Tennis, Skiing & Wintersports, Riding, Country Pursuits, Beach, Climbing & Hiking, Sailing & Watersports, Cities & Cultural, Snorkelling & scuba diving, Bird watching.

La Tercia is situated within rolling countryside and is only 15 minutes from the beach resorts of the Mar Menor and La Manga and 20 minutes from the beautiful cities of Medieval Murcia and Roman Cartagena or only 3.5 hours or so from Madrid or Granada.

The natural park in the Espuna Mountains is nearby and is ideal for those that enjoy walking and hiking and the spa town of Fortuna close to Murcia for a day of being pampered and spoiled.
