The apartment is available to rent all year round. Either for golfers or a family holiday. The apartment will comfortably sleep six and on request can sleep upto 8.

Rental for up to 8 persons, all bed linen, bath and kitchen towels. A welcome grocery pack can be provided on request.

There is a final cleaning and laundry charge of approximately 65 Euro payable on departure to our property managers

Weekly Rental prices exclude: Mid-stay or weekly clean/bed-linen & towel change - this service is available from £20 extra per clean & change(payable locally to our agent).

Hire of Baby equipment can be arranged.

Beach/pool towels - please bring your own as these are not provided.

To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental charge is required. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your departure.

Breakages deposit - We request a refundable deposit of Euros 150 to cover breakages/damage, to be paid with main deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks, upon a satisfactory checkout.


OUR LONG TERM RENTAL RATE OF 650 EUROS PER MONTH PLUS UTILITIES.
